I firmly believe that we all have the potential to live to our fullest, however, I am aware that we all have our own obstacles in the way of doing this. Therapy can be a place of true discovery, evolution, re-awakening and self-development.
Counselling Therapy is an opportunity for you to explore and express your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgmental space. We will work together to understand your experiences, beliefs and behaviours in order to gain insight and identify patterns that may be preventing you from living your best life.
I work relationally and I approach therapy with an awareness that you're a unique individual. This means you all have different needs therefore I work intuitively and compassionately, helping to equip you with the tools to bring about beneficial change and growth in your life.
At Flourish Well-Being, I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space for you to explore and understand your challenges, whilst I work closely with you to achieve lasting personal change in your life and to help you Flourish.
What style/type of therapy do you use?
As an Integrative Therapist, I incorporate a range of modalities - including Person Centred, Existential, Psychodynamic, Cognitive & Behavioural therapies.
Drawing on various techniques from these different practices I can tailor an approach specifically for you. Using various modalities means I can work intuitively in the way that best suits you moment to moment, session to session.

I currently work with students Universities and leading Drama Schools in London and with adults within my own private practice.

This is an opportunity for you to share what you are hoping to get from your counselling experience and for me to answer any questions you might have about my practice.
I understand that this is a big step in deciding whether counselling is right for you and I'm here to support you in that process. After the trial session, you can decide if you would like to continue working with me. This decision is yours alone and I will respect it.
